Answer

How does Queli price a project?

Queli does not publish one universal price for Makra because each project is scoped around a concrete business process, its systems, data boundaries, review requirements and operating support.

Queli does not publish one universal price for Makra because each project is scoped around a concrete business process, its systems, data boundaries, review requirements and operating support. A multilingual invoice workflow connected to an ERP is not the same piece of work as a WhatsApp order flow or a recurring research programme.

What determines the scope

The first factor is the process itself: what arrives, how often it arrives, what people do today and what Makra should prepare. Volume matters, but so do the number of document types, languages, suppliers, business rules and exceptions. A process with one stable invoice layout has a different scope from one with dozens of suppliers and line-level mapping rules.

The second factor is the surrounding software. A controlled mailbox or file exchange may be straightforward. An ERP, CRM, accounting system or customer-hosted deployment can require additional engineering, permissions, testing and responsibility boundaries. Queli confirms the available connection method for the customer’s actual systems instead of pricing from a logo list.

The third factor is governance. Data location, model choice, retention, user roles, approval points and the evidence that must stay attached to a decision are part of the implementation. Work involving finance, personal data or regulatory reporting usually needs a clearer review and audit trail than a low-risk internal preparation task.

What the first assessment produces

The first conversation maps one recurring process. Queli looks at the source material, current handoffs, exceptions, responsible people and the result the team needs. From that, the project can be divided into a defined first release: the inputs Makra may read, the record or draft it prepares, the person who reviews it, the systems it may connect and the measure used to compare the new process with the current one.

Only then can Queli give a meaningful timeline and price. The proposal may separate initial implementation from ongoing hosting, support or continued improvement where those services are required. The exact structure depends on the project. There is no standard subscription, minimum fee or guaranteed payback period.

What to send Queli

A useful first message names the process, approximate volume, current tools and the person responsible. For example: “We receive 300 supplier invoices a month in five languages, enter them into our ERP and review exceptions in finance.” That is enough to decide what should be inspected next.

Do not send credentials, live personal data or unredacted confidential documents in the first email. Queli can agree a suitable channel and data boundary before reviewing real source material.

Case-study results can show what was possible in a particular operation, but they are not a price or ROI promise for another company. Pricing begins with the work the customer actually has.
