Queli often fits a mid-sized company whose operation has become more complex than its current way of working. Orders arrive through WhatsApp and email. A monthly report requires the same translations, classifications and checks every time.

The company may already have an ERP, CRM or accounting system, or it may still run important work through email, Excel and shared files. Neither starting point is a problem.
