Welcome to Queli.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of Queli (“the Service“), provided by Queli (“we,“ “us,“ or “our“). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

“Service“: Queli, the software as a service platform provided by Queli.

“User“: Any individual or entity using Queli.

“AI“: Artificial Intelligence technologies and systems integrated within the Service.

The Service, including any Content or AI-generated outputs, is provided “as is“ and without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We disclaim all liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues arising from the use of AI technology within the Service.

Artificial Intelligence

The Service may include AI technologies. AI outputs are generated based on the data and parameters provided and should not be considered infallible. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated outputs for their purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of AI technology within the Service, including any errors, inaccuracies, or issues related to AI-generated outputs. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Queli, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or any claims related to the Content you create or share through the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy in Zagreb. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
