What we do
Queli is an AI automation company based in Zagreb, Croatia. We build systems that process documents, connect existing software and handle repetitive operational work. A project begins with a real workload, not a blank product configuration.
We map where the work arrives, which files and records matter, what rules the team already follows and who remains responsible for the result. Queli can connect to an established ERP, CRM or accounting system. It can also begin with email, documents and spreadsheets when that is where the work currently lives.
How we work
We start with one process and the result the team needs. The source material, system access, exceptions, retention rules and review owner are agreed before the workflow becomes part of daily operations.
Queli can prepare structured records, drafts, reports and review queues. The project defines which routine steps the system may perform and which decisions stay with a person. We keep uncertain information visible instead of converting it into a confident answer.
Data location, model provider, permissions and retention depend on the customer's requirements. We do not treat one vendor or one software stack as the answer for every company.
